About WorkforceJourney
WorkforceJourney is an employment support platform that brings candidates, employers and referral partners together through structured work placements, practical preparation and ongoing support.
Our Story
WorkforceJourney began in East London after seeing a recurring challenge within local communities.
Many people were ready and willing to work but lacked recent experience, confidence or a clear route into employment. At the same time, many small businesses wanted to offer opportunities but did not have the time, resources or structure to recruit and support candidates effectively.
WorkforceJourney was created to bridge that gap.
We prepare candidates for the workplace, connect them with suitable employers and coordinate structured placements that allow both sides to learn, develop and assess whether the opportunity could lead to longer-term employment.
Our platform brings candidates, employers and referral organisations into one coordinated journey—with clear responsibilities, ongoing communication and measurable progress.
What We Stand For
People and potential first
Every person deserves a fair opportunity to demonstrate what they can do. We look beyond gaps in employment or limited experience and focus on people’s abilities, aspirations and potential to develop.
Partnership and shared responsibility
Successful placements require commitment from everyone. We work closely with candidates, employers and referral partners to set clear expectations, maintain communication and provide support throughout the journey.
Meaningful and lasting outcomes
Our aim is not simply to arrange placements. We want candidates to gain confidence, experience and employability skills while helping employers build stronger teams and identify people who could progress into sustainable employment.
Join the Journey
Whether you are an employer looking for new talent, a candidate seeking workplace experience, or an organisation supporting people into employment, WorkforceJourney can help you take the next step.
We are developing partnerships with businesses, councils, colleges, community organisations and employment-support providers across the UK.
