Get started with an assessment of skills, goals and support needs. A WorkforceJourney officer makes contact within 48 hours to understand your situation and plan the right path forward.
Preparation
Build confidence, skills and employment readiness. Complete free training modules — from digital skills to interview practice — so you are ready before your placement begins.
Matching & Placement
Get matched with a suitable employer and begin your placement. We introduce you, support onboarding, and stay close from day one with a named officer.
Progress & Completion
Receive ongoing support, regular check-ins and a final review. Progress is tracked together with your employer, and adjustments are made whenever they are needed.
Employment & Growth
Move into employment or your next opportunity, with continued support. Outcomes are recorded, and we stay with you for progression, upskilling and long-term retention.
